Welcome
to my website called Leisure (=free time). This website
consists of five sections with each 3-5 pages that cover my
five hobbies: PC, bodybuilding, music, movies and
backgammon. For the best and most used programs for a PC
click on Software, for replacement parts, if replacement is
possible, needed when your PC is broken click on Hardware,
for examples of how to build your own PC click on Computer,
for the newest systems with Intel processors click on Intel
CPU, for the newest systems with AMD processors click on AMD
CPU, for basic bodybuilding exercises click on Exercises,
for bodybuilding schedules click on Workouts, for minimal
equipment of a home gym without taking too much space click
on HomeGym, for the best music directly to listen click
Playlist, for my music CDs click MusicCDs, for jokes in
dutch language click Moppen, for my hired movies click on
Streaming, for my BD & DVD collection click on BDs+DVDs,
for recommended devices for watching movies click on Cinema,
for backgammon rules and software click Backgammon, for
favorite websites click Links, for contact via email click
on Contact. The BDs+DVDs page I only made for having a
summary of the movies I own and they are not for sale, not
to rent, not to lend, not to exchange and not to give away.
The reason I made this website is to share my knowledge and
experience about PC, bodybuilding, music, movies, backgammon
and it is obvious that this website can give you hints about
these hobbies. This website lacks explanation, but with the
manufacturer's motherboard manual and the motherboard
website you can come a long way when building a PC by
yourself. My history of bodybuilding is one with a lot of
injuries, because I want to progressively lift more weight,
but my tendons and ligaments cannot cope with the weight. I
also get injuries when using light weights and high
repetitions. Moreover I, like most other bodybuilders,
sustain injuries to the Musculus Glutaeus Medius and in
particular to the tendons of this muscle especially caused
by Rows, Stiff Legs Deadlifts and by simply handling the
weights. You can feel this Glutaeus trauma by thrusting your
hips forwards while standing and it will last a minimum of
two weeks after ceasing with all bodybuilding exercises.
Bodybuilders eventually will have to stop lifting weights,
because this cumulative damage interferes with other
activities. Finally there is a higher risk of injuries to
the spine at higher age, due to the drying out of the
intervertebral discs making them earlier prone to fractures,
which cause a leak of the nucleus.
